Quyết định bổ nhiệm nhân sự mới trong
Ban Đại diện lâm thời Khối 8406
– Căn cứ vào Tuyên ngôn Tự do Dân chủ cho Việt Nam ngày 08-04-2006,
− Căn cứ vào Văn kiện “Khối 8406 là gì” ngày 08-10-2006,
− Căn cứ vào hoàn cảnh và nhu cầu thực tiễn hiện nay cần có sự phối hợp rộng rãi và điều hành hữu hiệu hơn trong nội bộ Khối 8406,
Ban Đại diện Lâm thời Khối 8406
QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Điều 1:
Chính thức bổ nhiệm vào Ban Đại diện Lâm thời Khối 8406 Nhà văn Nguyễn Xuân Nghĩa, hiện cư ngụ tại Hải Phòng, người đã tranh đấu từ nhiều năm cho Nhân quyền và Dân chủ tại Việt Nam qua nhiều bài báo, bài thơ, bài văn và nhiều hoạt động dân chủ, cũng như từng chịu đựng cách kiên cường nhiều gian khổ do nhà cầm cộng sản độc tài Việt Nam đã và đang gây ra cho ông, gia đình cùng thân hữu.
Điều 2:
Trong chức năng thành viên Ban Đại diện Lâm thời Khối 8406, Nhà văn Nguyễn Xuân Nghĩa có thẩm quyền ngang hàng và cùng các thành viên khác thảo luận cùng lấy những quyết định chung.
Điều 3:
Kể từ ngày ra quyết định này, Ban Đại diện Lâm thời Khối 8406 sẽ gồm có 4 thành viên như sau (xếp theo vần ABC):
1- Kỹ sư Đỗ Nam Hải, Sài Gòn
2- Cựu sĩ quan Trần Anh Kim, Thái Bình
3- Linh mục Phan Văn Lợi, Huế
4- Nhà văn Nguyễn Xuân Nghĩa, Hải Phòng
